Carlton Cole finally agreed a deal to sign with Celtic yesterday after leaving West Ham at the end of last season, and he has told the Daily Mail why it is a massive step up now that he has signed for the Bhoys.
Cole said: “My mentality really has to change. I am not at a mid-table team where I can go and play a big team and it is alright if you play well but don’t win. It can’t be like that any more. You have to win every game. It’s a massive step up. I have the quality but it’s getting the mindset that I have to win every game now.”
Where do you even start with that?

He was pretty shit a lot of the time but there were some great goals important goals and some memorable goals
Scored at Wembley and a hand in the winner
Scored in both legs of the league cup semi pity the rest of the cunts folded
Scored and bullied Chelsea last time we beat them at home
Destroyed man united in the league cup game
Winner against the pikies when we were down to 10men and hadn't beaten them for years
And the best goal I've EVER seen us score against Wigan which was also a winner I think
